By Road:
Travel down the A30 to the St Ives Roundabout, drive through Lelant and Carbis Bay, the road drops down a long hill (Trelyon Avenue) and divides at the bottom, right down to the town itself, follow the narrow road down through the town to the Harbour and Harbour View Flats can be seen past The Sloop pub towards Smeatons Pier on your left.

By Sea:
From Plymouth - Follow the signs for A38 Saltash, Liskeard and Cornwall, this will take you over the River Tamar and under the Saltash Tunnel, continue on the A38 through Dobwalls and turn right joining the A30 before Bodmin and follow the route above.

By Air:
to Newquay or Plymouth
